Die Entwicklung der Technologie und die Geschwindigkeit, mit der Innovationen dieser Art in verschiedenen T\u00e4tigkeitsbereichen umgesetzt werden, wurden durch die Ereignisse des letzten Jahres beschleunigt und zeigen einmal mehr, dass die Digitalisierung ein Vektor des Wandels ist.<\/div>

Die digitalen Lernavatare, die k\u00fcrzlich in Rum\u00e4nien \u00fcber die Livresq-Plattform des lokalen Bildungssoftwareherstellers Ascendia eingef\u00fchrt wurden, nutzen die Microsoft-Technologie und f\u00fchren die Sch\u00fcler durch die Kurse, die von den Lehrern selbst entworfen wurden, und bringen so eine neue Komponente in ihre Arbeit ein.<\/p>

Livresq ist ein Tool zur Erstellung von Bildungsinhalten, das die Erstellung von Kursen in digitalem Format erm\u00f6glicht (ohne dass Programmier-, Grafik- oder Testkenntnisse erforderlich sind). P\u00e4dagogische Assistenten (digitale Lernavatare) k\u00f6nnen in diese Kurse integriert werden, und die Text-to-Speech-Technologie (TTS) in der Microsoft Azure-Plattform erzeugt automatisch ihre Stimme (wandelt den Text in diesen Kursen in Sprache um).<\/p>

Ein solcher Avatar wird immer in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von dem Kurs erstellt, in den er integriert werden soll, und kann mehrere Funktionen erf\u00fcllen, wie z. B.: Fragen und Feedback generieren, Hinweise geben, relevante Elemente\/Informationen hervorheben, Zusammenfassungen am Ende jedes Kapitels des jeweiligen E-Learning-Kurses erstellen oder ein Navigationsinstrument innerhalb des Kurses sein usw.<\/p>

\"Die Digitalisierung des rum\u00e4nischen Bildungssystems wurde durch die Pandemie beschleunigt, und in diesem Zusammenhang versuchen wir, den Akteuren in diesem Sektor innovative Werkzeuge zur Verf\u00fcgung zu stellen, um die Aufnahme von Informationen so effizient wie m\u00f6glich zu gestalten. Die von der Livresq-Plattform verwendeten Text-to-Speech-Dienste sind in Microsoft Azure in Form von Programmierschnittstellen verf\u00fcgbar, die leicht in verschiedene Anwendungen integriert werden k\u00f6nnen, wobei der Teil des maschinellen Lernens (der schwierig ist und Rechenressourcen verbraucht) vollst\u00e4ndig von der Azure-Plattform verwaltet wird. Auf diese Weise k\u00f6nnen Lehrer Kurse erstellen, die sie ihren Sch\u00fclern zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen und auf die diese von \u00fcberall aus zugreifen k\u00f6nnen\", sagt Lucian Ungureanu, Cloud Business Group Lead, Microsoft Rum\u00e4nien.<\/p>

Mit Livresq - und damit auch mit den digitalen Lernavataren - k\u00f6nnen Lehrkr\u00e4fte f\u00fcr ihre Sch\u00fcler eine dem Klassenzimmer \u00e4hnliche Erfahrung schaffen, auch wenn der Lernprozess selbst online stattfindet. Dar\u00fcber hinaus verf\u00fcgt die Plattform \u00fcber die gr\u00f6\u00dfte \u00f6ffentliche Bibliothek digitaler Ressourcen im Land, die \u00fcber 8.900 (insgesamt) erstellte interaktive Lektionen umfasst, von denen 2.800 \u00f6ffentlich sind und von denjenigen, die sie erstellt haben, kostenlos angeboten werden, so dass diese Ressourcen f\u00fcr alle Sch\u00fcler zug\u00e4nglich sind, die Unterrichtsmaterial ben\u00f6tigen.<\/p>

Dar\u00fcber hinaus verf\u00fcgt die Plattform \u00fcber eine Berichtsfunktion, mit der alles, was ein Lernender in einer Livresq-Lektion tut, an die Lernplattform (LMS) weitergeleitet wird. Die Berichtsfunktion erleichtert den Lehrkr\u00e4ften den Zugang zu n\u00fctzlichen Informationen \u00fcber die Ergebnisse und die Rentabilit\u00e4t ihrer Kurse - z. B. wie viele Personen einen bestimmten Kurs besucht haben und welche Punktzahlen sie erreicht haben, oder welche Kurse besucht wurden und welche nicht.<\/p>

Alex M\u0103lureanu, Mitbegr\u00fcnder und CMO von Ascendia: \"Wir haben Lehrerinnen und Lehrern die Schulungen angeboten, die sie ben\u00f6tigen, um diese Lektionen in digitalem Format zu entwickeln, und werden dies auch weiterhin tun. Im Moment haben wir 17.600 Lehrer in Rum\u00e4nien und der Republik Moldau, die interaktive Lektionen erstellen, was wir f\u00fcr sehr wichtig halten, da man vor einigen Jahren nicht einmal die Existenz einer Bildungsplattform zum Lernen motivieren konnte. Livresq ist ein Tool, mit dem man relevante Interaktivit\u00e4ten erstellen kann, man kann Figuren einsetzen, die den Lernenden durch den gesamten Inhalt f\u00fchren. Bei all dem liegt der Schwerpunkt nicht nur auf der Interaktivit\u00e4t, sondern auch auf den Ergebnissen.\"<\/p>

Die Livresq-Plattform wird auch von Unternehmen genutzt, um spezifische, auf ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse zugeschnittene Kurse zu erstellen, die sie dann ihren Mitarbeitern zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>

Rund 100 Unternehmen in Rum\u00e4nien und im Ausland nutzen Livresq bereits, dazu kommen verschiedene NRO und \u00f6ffentliche Einrichtungen, darunter das Bildungsministerium.<\/p>

Microsoft und Ascendia wollen gemeinsam dazu beitragen, die Kluft zu \u00fcberbr\u00fccken, mit der die Gemeinschaften in Rum\u00e4nien konfrontiert sind, und den digitalen Wandel im Bildungswesen zu erleichtern, um auf diese Weise das Wirtschaftswachstum, die Innovation und die berufliche Ausbildung von Studierenden und Lernenden sowie die Entwicklung der derzeitigen Mitarbeiter zu f\u00f6rdern und damit auch einen Beitrag zur Entwicklung der Gesellschaft und der Wirtschaft zu leisten.<\/p><\/div>
