Das rum\u00e4nische E-Learning-Unternehmen Ascendia S.A., das an der Bukarester B\u00f6rse gehandelt wird (Symbol ASC), gibt bekannt, dass es die Ausschreibung f\u00fcr Edulib - die nationale digitale Plattform mit offenen Bildungsressourcen - gewonnen hat.<\/strong><\/p>

Das Angebot des Konsortiums, dem das Unternehmen angeh\u00f6rt, wurde zum Sieger erkl\u00e4rt, und der Wert des Auftrags f\u00fcr Ascendia S.A. \u00fcbersteigt 3,5 Millionen Euro.<\/p>

Ascendia entwickelt seit 14 Jahren Bildungssoftware: Online-Kurse, interaktive digitale Lektionen und E-Learning-Plattformen f\u00fcr verschiedene Altersgruppen und in verschiedenen Sprachen, f\u00fcr Unternehmen (B2B) und Privatpersonen (B2C). Das Unternehmen ist auf lokaler Ebene bekannt f\u00fcr seine Plattform zur Erstellung digitaler Bildungsinhalte LIVRESQ, seine E-Learning-Plattform f\u00fcr Unternehmen\/Institutionen Coffee LMS (Learning Management System), seine E-Learning-Kurse f\u00fcr die Erwachsenenbildung eJourneys und f\u00fcr die Entwicklung ma\u00dfgeschneiderter E-Learning-Kurse entsprechend den Bed\u00fcrfnissen der Nutznie\u00dfer.<\/p>

\"Wir haben uns seit 14 Jahren, seit der Gr\u00fcndung des Unternehmens, auf so etwas vorbereitet. Edulib wird Kindern und Lehrern in Rum\u00e4nien moderne Online-Lernwerkzeuge zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen. Ascendia verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber die Erfahrung aus vielen Edtech-Produkten, die f\u00fcr verschiedene Kunden und verschiedene Altersgruppen entwickelt wurden, und unser Beitrag zu Edulib wird sowohl im Bereich der Entwicklung von E-Learning-Lektionen als auch der Software-Infrastruktur des Systems liegen. Wir wissen, was ein Projekt wie dieses braucht, um erfolgreich zu sein, und gemeinsam mit den Konsortialpartnern werden wir hart f\u00fcr seine erfolgreiche Umsetzung arbeiten.\"<\/em><\/p>

Die LIVRESQ-Plattform (www.livresq.com<\/a>), ein wichtiges Instrument f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung des Edulib-Vertrags, wird derzeit von mehr als 23.400 Lehrern in \u00fcber 6.100 Bildungseinrichtungen in Rum\u00e4nien und der Republik Moldau genutzt. Die Lehrkr\u00e4fte haben bisher 13.200 interaktive Unterrichtsstunden mit LIVRESQ entwickelt. Davon sind \u00fcber 3.600 \u00f6ffentlich. Die Online-Lektionen werden allen Kindern und interessierten Lehrern in der Bibliothek der Plattform kostenlos zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.<\/p>

Edulib steht f\u00fcr das Versprechen, dass sich das Bildungswesen in Rum\u00e4nien mit der Zeit entwickeln kann. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse, die durch die Umsetzung des Projekts offiziell vorgesehen sind, sind die Schaffung einer digitalen Plattform mit offenen Bildungsressourcen und die Integration und Nutzung digitaler offener Bildungsressourcen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus umfasst das Projekt die Ausstattung von 5400 Sekundarschulen mit Multimedia-Kits und die indirekte Schulung (in Form einer Ausbildung der Ausbilder) von 5400 Lehrern.<\/p>

Der Auftraggeber f\u00fcr das Edulib-Projekt ist das rum\u00e4nische Bildungsnetzwerk (AARNIEC). Das Verfahren sieht vor, dass das Projekt nach der Bekanntgabe des Gewinners vergeben und dann durchgef\u00fchrt wird.<\/p>

Am Ende des Einf\u00fchrungszeitraums werden aus der Sicht von Ascendia Schl\u00fcsselelemente der Software Edulib eine echte Wirkung im Bildungswesen entfalten. Eines dieser Elemente ist die Komponente zur Erstellung von Bildungsinhalten in digitalem Format, die es Lehrern erm\u00f6glichen wird, anpassungsf\u00e4hige, moderne digitale Bildungsmaterialien zu erstellen. Au\u00dferdem wird es m\u00f6glich sein, interaktive Lektionen f\u00fcr jedes intelligente Ger\u00e4t zu erstellen, vom Computer bis zum Smartphone. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden diese Lektionen auf den g\u00e4ngigsten Browsern und Betriebssystemen laufen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>

Die Komponente der virtuellen Bibliothek wird ein echtes Inhalts- und Lernmanagementsystem sein. Diese Komponente wird die R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit der digitalen Bildungsinhalte gew\u00e4hrleisten. Die gro\u00dfe Anzahl von Unterrichtsstunden in digitalem Format, die im Rahmen des Projekts entwickelt wurden, wird den Lehrern, die auf das System zugreifen, einen guten Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr die Nutzung des Systems bieten und den Kindern einen Grund, das Material zu genie\u00dfen.<\/p>

Eine weitere Technologie, die die aktuellen Trends der Branche aufgreift, ist die Komponente des adaptiven Lernens, die es erm\u00f6glicht, die Inhalte an die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Lernenden anzupassen. Diese Komponente wird maschinelles Lernen und k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz nutzen.<\/p>
