Ascendia, ein f\u00fchrender Entwickler von E-Learning-L\u00f6sungen, ist Partner in einem neuen, von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union (EU) im Rahmen des Erasmus+ Forward Looking Programme finanzierten Projekt, EMPASS: The Employment Skills Pass, ein Qualit\u00e4tsstandard f\u00fcr einen schnelleren \u00dcbergang von der Ausbildung in die Besch\u00e4ftigung. Diese innovative Initiative zielt darauf ab, junge Menschen mit den Instrumenten und F\u00e4higkeiten auszustatten, die sie ben\u00f6tigen, um auf dem dynamischen Arbeitsmarkt erfolgreich zu sein. Das Konsortium aus 14 Partnern unter der Leitung von Junior Achievement Europe, Europas gr\u00f6\u00dftem Anbieter von Programmen f\u00fcr Unternehmertum, Arbeitsbereitschaft und Finanzwissen, entwickelt einen neuen Mikro-Nachweis, der es jungen Europ\u00e4ern erm\u00f6glichen wird, wesentliche Besch\u00e4ftigungsf\u00e4higkeiten zu entwickeln und zu validieren und gleichzeitig die sich ver\u00e4ndernden Anforderungen der Arbeitgeber in ganz Europa zu erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>

Der neue Mikro-Nachweis wird in Zusammenarbeit mit f\u00fchrenden Bildungsexperten im Rahmen einer Partnerschaft entwickelt, an der verschiedene nationale Organisationen, Vertreter des Unternehmenssektors sowie Anbieter technischer und beruflicher Bildung in Europa beteiligt sind. Junior Achievement leitet das Konsortium und besteht aus Ascendia, Fundacion Junior Achievement Espana, Zurich Insurance Plc Sucursal En Espa\u00f1a, Institut Escola Del Treball De Barcelona, Somateio Epixeirimatikotita Neon, Institouto Mikron Epichiriseon Genikis Synomospondias, Institouto Ergasias Gsee, Asociatia Junior Achievement Romania, Colegiul Economic \"Virgil Madgearu\" Bucuresti, I-Ds Koucing & Konsalting Dooel, Experis Manpowergroup, Accenture Belgium und Worldskills Foundation Romania als assoziiertes Mitglied.<\/p>

Aufbauend auf den bestehenden Ausbildungserfahrungen der Partner des Projektkonsortiums wird sich das neue Mikrozertifikat auf bereichs\u00fcbergreifende Kompetenzen und die berufliche Bildung konzentrieren und durch eine Kombination aus Online-Assessments und praktischen Herausforderungen vermittelt werden. Das nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Programms erworbene Mikrozertifikat wird potenziellen Arbeitgebern die Arbeitsbereitschaft des Bewerbers zusammen mit spezifischen F\u00e4higkeiten und Kompetenzen demonstrieren.<\/p>

Anl\u00e4sslich des Starts des EMPASS-Projekts sagte Cosmin M\u0103lureanu, CEO und Mitbegr\u00fcnder von Ascendia: \"Wir freuen uns, Teil dieses innovativen Projekts zu sein und mit Junior Achievement Europe und den anderen Partnern des Konsortiums zusammenzuarbeiten, um eine neue Zertifizierung zu entwickeln, die den Bed\u00fcrfnissen des Arbeitsmarktes entspricht. Dieses Projekt ist ein bedeutender Schritt in diese Richtung, da es jungen Menschen die M\u00f6glichkeit gibt, wesentliche F\u00e4higkeiten f\u00fcr die Besch\u00e4ftigungsf\u00e4higkeit in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit den sich entwickelnden Anforderungen der Arbeitgeber in ganz Europa zu validieren.\"<\/p>

Die Unterst\u00fctzung der EU f\u00fcr die Entwicklung eines neuen Mikro-Nachweises unterstreicht ihr Engagement f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung hochqualifizierter Arbeitskr\u00e4fte, die in der Lage sind, das Wirtschaftswachstum in Europa anzukurbeln. Die Ziele des EMPASS-Projekts stehen in engem Zusammenhang mit der neuen Kompetenzagenda f\u00fcr Europa und dem Aktionsplan f\u00fcr digitale Kompetenz, die die Notwendigkeit innovativer und auf den Lernenden ausgerichteter Ans\u00e4tze f\u00fcr Bildung und Kompetenzentwicklung anerkennen.<\/p>
