Ascendia, empresa l\u00edder en el desarrollo de soluciones de e-learning, es socio de un nuevo proyecto financiado por la Uni\u00f3n Europea (UE) en el marco del Programa de Prospectiva Erasmus+, EMPASS: El Pase de Competencias para el Empleo, un est\u00e1ndar de calidad para una transici\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida de la educaci\u00f3n al empleo. Esta innovadora iniciativa pretende dotar a los j\u00f3venes de las herramientas y competencias necesarias para prosperar en el din\u00e1mico mercado laboral. El consorcio de 14 socios, liderado por Junior Achievement Europe, el mayor proveedor europeo de programas de emprendimiento, preparaci\u00f3n para el trabajo y alfabetizaci\u00f3n financiera, est\u00e1 desarrollando una nueva microcredencial que permitir\u00e1 a los j\u00f3venes europeos desarrollar y validar competencias esenciales para el empleo, al tiempo que satisface las demandas cambiantes de los empleadores de toda Europa.<\/p>

La nueva microcredencial se desarrollar\u00e1 en colaboraci\u00f3n con destacados expertos en educaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de una asociaci\u00f3n que incluye varias organizaciones nacionales, representantes del sector empresarial, as\u00ed como proveedores de educaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y profesional (EFTP) en Europa. Junior Achievement lidera el consorcio y est\u00e1 formado por Ascendia, Fundaci\u00f3n Junior Achievement Espa\u00f1a, Zurich Insurance Plc Sucursal En Espa\u00f1a, Institut Escola Del Treball De Barcelona, Somateio Epixeirimatikotita Neon, Institouto Mikron Epichiriseon Genikis Synomospondias, Institouto Ergasias Gsee, Asociatia Junior Achievement Romania, Colegiul Economic \"Virgil Madgearu\" Bucuresti, I-Ds Koucing & Konsalting Dooel, Experis Manpower Group, Accenture Belgium y Worldskills Foundation Romania como asociado.<\/p>

Bas\u00e1ndose en la experiencia formativa de los socios del consorcio del proyecto, la nueva microcredencial se centrar\u00e1 en las competencias transversales y la EFTP y se impartir\u00e1 mediante una combinaci\u00f3n de evaluaciones en l\u00ednea y retos pr\u00e1cticos. La microcredencial obtenida al completar con \u00e9xito el programa demostrar\u00e1 a los posibles empleadores la preparaci\u00f3n laboral del candidato, junto con sus capacidades y competencias espec\u00edficas.<\/p>

El apoyo de la UE al desarrollo de una nueva microcredencial subraya su compromiso con la promoci\u00f3n de una mano de obra altamente cualificada capaz de impulsar el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico en Europa. Los objetivos del proyecto EMPASS est\u00e1n estrechamente alineados con la nueva Agenda de Capacidades para Europa y el Plan de Acci\u00f3n de Alfabetizaci\u00f3n Digital, que reconocen la necesidad de enfoques innovadores y centrados en el alumno para la educaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de capacidades.<\/p>
