Ascendia, l'un des principaux d\u00e9veloppeurs de solutions d'apprentissage en ligne, est partenaire d'un nouveau projet financ\u00e9 par l'Union europ\u00e9enne (UE) dans le cadre du programme prospectif Erasmus+, EMPASS : le passeport des comp\u00e9tences pour l'emploi, une norme de qualit\u00e9 pour une transition plus rapide de l'\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l'emploi. Cette initiative innovante vise \u00e0 doter les jeunes des outils et des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour s'\u00e9panouir sur un march\u00e9 du travail dynamique. Le consortium de 14 partenaires, dirig\u00e9 par Junior Achievement Europe, le plus grand fournisseur europ\u00e9en de programmes d'entrepreneuriat, de pr\u00e9paration au travail et d'\u00e9ducation financi\u00e8re, d\u00e9veloppe un nouveau micro-cr\u00e9dit qui permettra aux jeunes Europ\u00e9ens de d\u00e9velopper et de valider des comp\u00e9tences essentielles en mati\u00e8re d'employabilit\u00e9, tout en r\u00e9pondant aux demandes en constante \u00e9volution des employeurs \u00e0 travers l'Europe.<\/p>

Le nouveau micro-cr\u00e9dit sera d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en collaboration avec d'\u00e9minents experts en \u00e9ducation dans le cadre d'un partenariat qui comprend diverses organisations nationales, des repr\u00e9sentants du secteur des entreprises, ainsi que des fournisseurs d'enseignement et de formation techniques et professionnels (EFTP) en Europe. Junior Achievement dirige le consortium qui comprend Ascendia, Fundacion Junior Achievement Espana, Zurich Insurance Plc Sucursal En Espa\u00f1a, Institut Escola Del Treball De Barcelona, Somateio Epixeirimatikotita Neon, Institouto Mikron Epichiriseon Genikis Synomospondias, Institouto Ergasias Gsee, Asociatia Junior Achievement Romania, Colegiul Economic \"Virgil Madgearu\" Bucuresti, I-Ds Koucing & Konsalting Dooel, Experis Manpowergroup, Accenture Belgium et Worldskills Foundation Romania en tant qu'associ\u00e9.<\/p>

S'appuyant sur l'exp\u00e9rience de formation des partenaires du consortium du projet, le nouveau micro-cr\u00e9dit se concentrera sur les comp\u00e9tences transversales et l'EFTP et sera d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par une combinaison d'\u00e9valuations en ligne et de d\u00e9fis pratiques. Le micro-cr\u00e9dit obtenu \u00e0 l'issue du programme d\u00e9montrera aux employeurs potentiels que le candidat est pr\u00eat \u00e0 travailler et qu'il poss\u00e8de des aptitudes et des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>
