Az Ascendia, az e-learning megold\u00e1sok egyik vezet\u0151 fejleszt\u0151je partner az Eur\u00f3pai Uni\u00f3 (EU) \u00e1ltal az Erasmus+ el\u0151retekint\u0151 program keret\u00e9ben finansz\u00edrozott \u00faj projektben, az EMPASS: The Employment Skills Pass (Foglalkoztat\u00e1si k\u00e9szs\u00e9gb\u00e9rlet) projektben, amely min\u0151s\u00e9gi szabv\u00e1nyt jelent az oktat\u00e1sb\u00f3l a foglalkoztat\u00e1sba val\u00f3 gyorsabb \u00e1tmenet \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben. Ennek az innovat\u00edv kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9snek a c\u00e9lja, hogy a fiatalokat felv\u00e9rtezze a dinamikus munkaer\u0151piacon val\u00f3 boldogul\u00e1shoz sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges eszk\u00f6z\u00f6kkel \u00e9s k\u00e9szs\u00e9gekkel. A 14 partnerb\u0151l \u00e1ll\u00f3 konzorcium a Junior Achievement Europe, Eur\u00f3pa legnagyobb v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3i, munkafelk\u00e9sz\u00fclts\u00e9gi \u00e9s p\u00e9nz\u00fcgyi ismereteket ny\u00fajt\u00f3 programjainak vezet\u0151jek\u00e9nt egy \u00faj mikro-kreditigazolv\u00e1nyt fejleszt ki, amely lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi az eur\u00f3pai fiatalok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, hogy alapvet\u0151 foglalkoztathat\u00f3s\u00e1gi k\u00e9szs\u00e9geket fejlesszenek ki \u00e9s \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edtsenek, mik\u00f6zben megfelelnek a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3k v\u00e1ltoz\u00f3 ig\u00e9nyeinek Eur\u00f3pa-szerte.<\/p>

Az \u00faj mikro-tan\u00fas\u00edtv\u00e1nyt vezet\u0151 oktat\u00e1si szak\u00e9rt\u0151kkel egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6dve dolgozz\u00e1k ki egy olyan partners\u00e9g keret\u00e9ben, amely k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 nemzeti szervezeteket, az \u00fczleti szektor k\u00e9pvisel\u0151it, valamint az eur\u00f3pai m\u0171szaki \u00e9s szakk\u00e9pz\u00e9si szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3kat foglalja mag\u00e1ban. A Junior Achievement vezeti a konzorciumot, amelynek tagjai: Ascendia, Fundacion Junior Achievement Espana, Zurich Insurance Plc Sucursal En Espa\u00f1a, Institut Escola Del Treball De Barcelona, Somateio Epixeirimatikotita Neon, Institouto Mikron Epichiriseon Genikis Synomospondias, Institouto Ergasias Gsee, Asociatia Junior Achievement Romania, Colegiul Economic \"Virgil Madgearu\" Bucuresti, I-Ds Koucing & Konsalting Dooel, Experis Manpowergroup, Accenture Belgium \u00e9s Worldskills Foundation Romania mint t\u00e1rsult tag.<\/p>

A projekt konzorciumi partnereinek megl\u00e9v\u0151 k\u00e9pz\u00e9si tapasztalataira \u00e9p\u00edtve az \u00faj mikro-tan\u00fas\u00edtv\u00e1ny a transzverz\u00e1lis kompetenci\u00e1kra \u00e9s a szakk\u00e9pz\u00e9sre \u00f6sszpontos\u00edt, \u00e9s online \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9sek \u00e9s gyakorlati feladatok kombin\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1val val\u00f3sul meg. A program sikeres elv\u00e9gz\u00e9se ut\u00e1n megszerzett mikro-tan\u00fas\u00edtv\u00e1ny a potenci\u00e1lis munkaad\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra a jel\u00f6lt munk\u00e1ra val\u00f3 felk\u00e9sz\u00fclts\u00e9g\u00e9t, valamint konkr\u00e9t k\u00e9szs\u00e9geit \u00e9s kompetenci\u00e1it mutatja majd be.<\/p>
