Ta innowacyjna inicjatywa ma na celu wyposa\u017cenie m\u0142odych ludzi w narz\u0119dzia i umiej\u0119tno\u015bci potrzebne do rozwoju na dynamicznym rynku pracy. Konsorcjum 14 partner\u00f3w, pod przewodnictwem Junior Achievement Europe, najwi\u0119kszego europejskiego dostawcy program\u00f3w z zakresu przedsi\u0119biorczo\u015bci, gotowo\u015bci do pracy i umiej\u0119tno\u015bci finansowych, opracowuje nowe mikrokwalifikacje, kt\u00f3re umo\u017cliwi\u0105 m\u0142odym Europejczykom rozwijanie i potwierdzanie podstawowych umiej\u0119tno\u015bci w zakresie zatrudnienia, jednocze\u015bnie spe\u0142niaj\u0105c zmieniaj\u0105ce si\u0119 wymagania pracodawc\u00f3w w ca\u0142ej Europie.<\/p>
