Updating an existing publication, resubmitting a rejected publication for approval, and submitting a publication request can now be done directly from the export process in Author. The process is significantly simplified compared to the one in the Library: • Publications in the Public Library can be updated directly from Author: the new version is submitted for approval, and the current public version remains available until the new one is approved. • For export to the Personal Shelf, the user can update the most recent private publication associated with the project or create a new publication. • If there are multiple publications in the Public Library associated with the project, the user can select the specific publication they wish to update. • Rejected publications can be updated and resubmitted for approval directly from Author. • If a version is already pending validation, it cannot be directly overwritten; the user can withdraw it and then submit a new version for validation. • The request for publishing in the Public Library can be initiated directly from Author.

You have full control over how you save or update publications: choose between creating a new publication or updating an existing version (private or public), with clear identification and confirmation of the target project.

• The Nomenclature steps in the new publishing workflow have been updated and simplified (selection of education level, subject, and structured summary). • Validation for the publication's default cover has been improved, preventing errors during submission.

Publication statuses are displayed transparently in Personal Shelf and on the details page (Pending validation, Approved, Rejected, Private). Rejected publications can be reviewed and resubmitted directly for approval from the Author window via a dedicated dialog.

The Gallery resource receives a major flexibility upgrade: • Now allows adding elements that contain only text, without requiring an image. • Within the same gallery, elements with images and text-only elements can be freely combined, adapting perfectly to varied teaching scenarios.

• The "Speech" resource has been renamed to "Assistant" to reflect modern integration with virtual assistants. • The "Barrier" resource has been moved from the Builder tab to the Interactive tab; a temporary message is displayed in the old location informing users about this change.

Important information about the publication can be filled in directly during the export process. During publishing, the following can be configured: Title, Author, Language, Cover, Description, Keywords, Classification.
